The use of the services provided by the telegram.shop website implies agreement with these terms. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully accepted the following terms of service and telegram.shop will not be responsible for any losses of users who have not read the below terms of service.


1. Important

By placing an order on telegram.shop, you automatically agree to all of the following terms of use.  We reserve the right to change these terms of service without prior notice. It is expected that you will read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure that you are aware of any changes or future changes.  You will only use telegram.shop in accordance with all agreements entered into with Telegram and other social networks on their individual Terms of Use page. telegram.shop may change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment/refund policy remains in effect in the event of a rate change. telegram.shop does not guarantee delivery times for any services. We offer our best estimate of when an order will be delivered. This is an estimate only and telegram.shop will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. telegram.shop strives to deliver exactly what our customers expect from us. In this case, we reserve the right to change the type of service if we deem it necessary to fulfill the order.  Disclaimer:  telegram.shop is not responsible for any damage that may cause you or your business.  Obligations:  telegram.shop in no way is responsible for suspending the account or deleting photos. Telegram or other social networks.


2. Services

telegram.shop will only be used to promote your Telegram or other social media accounts and solely for the purpose of enhancing your "image".  We guarantee that when using our services with a warranty, any lost followers/likes will be restored for free during the entire warranty period. The exception is if the number of followers/likes is lower than it was when the order was placed. In that case, the guarantee and restoration will not work. You will need to add the missing quantity before requesting reimbursement.  We do NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you. We simply guarantee that you will receive the followers you pay for.  If for any reason the link to your page/channel becomes unavailable during the order process, we do NOT guarantee a refund. This will happen automatically if the service provides for it. If the service does not contain information about the warranty period, but is marked "non drop", then the warranty period is the standard 30 days.  We do NOT guarantee 100% that our accounts will have a profile picture, full biography, and uploaded images, although we strive to make this a reality for everyone.  You will not upload anything to telegram.shop, including nudity or any materials that are not accepted or suitable for the Telegram or other social media community.  Before placing an order, please make sure that your account is public and contains content that is not prohibited by law or social media policies (such as fake followers/likes, spam, hacking, drugs, forgery/sale of documents, escort). Otherwise, orders may be executed incorrectly, and refunds are not guaranteed.


3. Refund policy

Refunds are not issued to your payment method. After making a deposit, it is not possible to cancel it. You must use your balance for orders from telegram.shop.  You agree that after completing the payment, you will not dispute or initiate a chargeback against us for any reason.  If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after making a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders and block you from our site. We also reserve the right to take back any followers or likes that we have delivered to you or your clients on Telegram or other social networks.  Orders placed on telegram.shop will not be refunded or cancelled after placement. You will receive a refund to your telegram.shop account if an order cannot be delivered.  Inappropriate orders or orders for personal accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please confirm each order before placing it.  Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the termination of your account. No exceptions.  Please do not use more than one server simultaneously for the same page. In this case, we will not be able to give you the correct number of followers/likes/views, and we will not refund these orders.


4. Privacy Policy

This policy describes how we use your personal data. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.  Any personal information we receive will be used only to fulfill your order. We will not sell or distribute your information to anyone. All information is encrypted and stored on secure servers.
